​Islamabad, 06 June 2026: President Asif Ali Zardari has extended felicitations to the government and the people of the Kingdom of Sweden on their National Day.

​The President stated that Pakistan deeply values its long-standing and friendly relations with Sweden, established in 1949, which are built on a solid foundation of mutual respect and a shared commitment to international peace and cooperation.

​President Zardari expressed satisfaction with the steady progress of bilateral engagements, particularly in the fields of renewable energy, technology, telecommunications, textiles and agriculture as there is a vast potential to increase the bilateral trade volume. He reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to further strengthening and expanding these mutually beneficial ties in the years ahead.

اسلام آباد, 06 جون 2026 : ​صدر مملکت آصف علی زرداری نے سویڈن کی حکومت اور عوام کو ان کے قومی دن پر مبارکباد کا پیغام دیا۔

​صدر مملکت نے کہا کہ پاکستان سویڈن کے ساتھ اپنے دیرینہ دوستانہ تعلقات کو، جو 1949 میں قائم ہوئے تھے، انتہائی قدر کی نگاہ سے دیکھتا ہے جو باہمی احترام اور بین الاقوامی امن و تعاون کے لیے مشترکہ عزم کی مضبوط بنیادوں پر استوار ہیں۔

​صدر زرداری نے دوطرفہ روابط کی بتدریج ترقی پر اطمینان کا اظہار کیا بالخصوص قابلِ تجدید توانائی، ٹیکنالوجی، ٹیلی کمیونیکیشن، ٹیکسٹائل اور زراعت کے شعبوں میں، کیونکہ دونوں ممالک کے درمیان دوطرفہ تجارتی حجم کو بڑھانے کی وسیع گنجائش ہے۔ انہوں نے مستقبل میں ان باہمی تعلقات کو مزید مستحکم اور وسیع کرنے کے لیے پاکستان کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔
