​Islamabad, 21 July 2026: President Asif Ali Zardari has extended felicitations to King Philippe of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Government and the people of Belgium on their National Day.

​The President highlighted that Pakistan and Belgium enjoy long-standing and cordial relations founded on mutual respect, trust and goodwill. He noted with satisfaction that over the years, the two countries have developed a constructive partnership across diverse fields. ​He emphasised that Pakistan values its engagement with the European Union, in which Belgium plays a pivotal role, and looks forward to further strengthening cooperation to achieve their shared objectives of peace, sustainable development and mutual prosperity.

​President Zardari expressed confidence that the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Pakistan and Belgium will continue to grow stronger in the years ahead for the mutual benefit of the people of both nations.

​صدر مملکت آصف علی زرداری نے بیلجیم کے شاہ فلپ، بیلجیم کی حکومت اور عوام کو قومی دن پر مبارکباد کا پیغام دیا۔

​صدر مملکت نے کہا کہ پاکستان اور بیلجیم کے درمیان باہمی احترام، اعتماد اور خیر سگالی پر مبنی دیرینہ اور خوشگوار تعلقات قائم ہیں۔ انہوں نے گزشتہ برسوں میں دونوں ممالک کے متنوع شعبوں میں شراکت داری کے فروغ کو خوش آئند قرار دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان یورپی یونین کے ساتھ اپنے تعلقات کو قدر کی نگاہ سے دیکھتا ہے، جس میں بیلجیم کا ایک اہم کردار ہے، اور امن، ترقی اور خوشحالی کے مشترکہ مقاصد کے حصول کے لیے تعاون کو مضبوط بنانے کا خواہاں ہے۔

​صدر زرداری نے پاکستان اور بیلجیم کے درمیان دوستی اور تعاون کے مزید فروغ پانے میں بھی اعتماد کا اظہار کیا ۔
