Islamabad, 20 August 2026: President Asif Ali Zardari has congratulated Mr András Baka on his election as the President of Hungary and conveyed his best wishes to the Hungarian people on their National Day.

In his message, the President expressed confidence that Pakistan-Hungary relations, founded on mutual trust and shared interests, would continue to strengthen in the years ahead.

President Zardari said he looks forward to working closely with President-elect Baka to further broaden bilateral cooperation, particularly in political and parliamentary exchanges, trade and investment, development cooperation, climate action, education, culture as well as migration and mobility.

The President also conveyed his best wishes for President-elect Baka’s good health, well-being and success, as well as for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Hungary.

اسلام آباد: ​20 اگست 2026 — صدر مملکت آصف علی زرداری نے آندراش باکا کو ہنگری کے صدر منتخب ہونے پر اور ہنگری کے عوام کو ان کے قومی دن پر مبارکباد کا پیغام بھیجا۔

​اپنے پیغام میں صدر مملکت نے اس اعتماد کا اظہار کیا کہ باہمی اعتماد اور مشترکہ مفادات پر مبنی پاکستان اور ہنگری کے تعلقات آنے والے سالوں میں مضبوط تر ہوں گے۔

​صدر زرداری نے کہا کہ وہ دوطرفہ تعاون خصوصاً سیاسی و پارلیمانی تبادلوں، تجارت و سرمایہ کاری، ترقیاتی تعاون، موسمیاتی اقدامات، تعلیم، ثقافت اور ہجرت و نقل و حرکت کے شعبوں میں مزید وسعت دینے کے لیے نو منتخب صدر باکا کے ساتھ مل کر کام کرنے کے خواہاں ہیں۔
