Islamabad; July 21, 2025: Islamabad; July 21, 2025: President Asif Ali Zardari conferred the award of Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military) upon Vice Admiral Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al Ghoraibi, Chief of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, at a special investiture ceremony held at Aiwan-e-Sadr today.
The award was presented in recognition of Vice Admiral Al Ghoraibi’s professional achievements and his role in strengthening the friendship between the Royal Saudi Naval Forces and the Pakistan Navy. The ceremony was attended by senior officers of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
Following the ceremony, the Chief of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces called on the President. The President congratulated Vice Admiral Al Ghoraibi on receiving the award and acknowledged his efforts in promoting cooperation between the navies of the two brotherly nations. The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Nawaf Saeed Al-Malkiy.
The President highlighted that Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations with Saudi Arabia, adding that the people and government of Pakistan deeply appreciate the Kingdom’s support during challenging times.
Expressing satisfaction over the ongoing engagements between the Pakistan Navy and the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, the President called for further enhancement of navy-to-navy collaboration. He appreciated the participation of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces in Exercise AMAN-25 and AMAN Dialogue-25, held in February 2025, noting that such joint activities contribute to promoting maritime cooperation and mutual understanding.
The President also praised the vision of Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, which he said is steering the Kingdom towards transformation, progress, and long-term prosperity.
He expressed appreciation for the trust placed by the Royal Saudi Naval Forces in the Pakistan Navy’s training system and emphasized the importance of expanding training cooperation between the two navies.
The President asked the Vice Admiral Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al Ghoraibi to convey his warm greetings and best wishes to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, reaffirming Pakistan’s strong bond with Saudi Arabia.

اسلام آباد: 21 جولائی 2025: صدرِ اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان، جناب آصف علی زرداری نے رائل سعودی نیول فورسز کے سربراہ، وائس ایڈمرل محمد بن عبدالرحمن الغریبی کو نشانِ امتیاز (ملٹری) کا اعزاز عطا کیا۔ یہ خصوصی تقریب ایوانِ صدر میں منعقد ہوئی۔

یہ اعزاز وائس ایڈمرل الغریبی کو اُن کی پیشہ ورانہ خدمات، پاکستان بحریہ اور رائل سعودی نیول فورسز کے درمیان برادرانہ تعلقات کے فروغ میں نمایاں کردار ادا کرنے پر دیا گیا۔ تقریب میں پاکستان کی مسلح افواج کے سینئر افسران نے شرکت کی۔

تقریب کے بعد سعودی نیول چیف نے صدرِ مملکت سے ملاقات کی۔ صدرِ پاکستان نے انہیں اعزاز حاصل کرنے پر مبارکباد دی اور دونوں ممالک کی بحری افواج کے مابین تعاون کے فروغ کے لیے اُن کی خدمات کو سراہا۔ ملاقات میں مملکتِ سعودی عرب کے سفیر، جناب نوّاف سعید المالکی بھی موجود تھے۔

صدرِ مملکت نے کہا کہ پاکستان، سعودی عرب کے ساتھ اپنے تعلقات کو انتہائی اہمیت دیتا ہے اور مشکل وقتوں میں سعودی عرب کی طرف سے حمایت پر حکومت اور  پاکستانی عوام دل سے شکرگزار ہیں۔

انہوں نے پاکستان بحریہ اور رائل سعودی نیول فورسز کے مابین جاری تعاون پر اطمینان کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اسے مزید وسعت دینے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔ صدرِ مملکت نے فروری 2025 میں منعقدہ مشترکہ بحری مشق “امن-25” اور “امن ڈائیلاگ-25” میں سعودی بحریہ کی شرکت کو سراہا اور کہا کہ ایسی سرگرمیاں بحری تعاون اور باہمی ہم آہنگی کے فروغ میں کلیدی کردار ادا کرتی ہیں۔

صدرِ پاکستان نے ولی عہد شہزادہ محمد بن سلمان کے وژن کی تعریف ہوئے کہا کہ ان کی قیادت مملکت کو ترقی، خوشحالی اور مثبت تبدیلی کی جانب لے جا رہی ہے۔ 

انہوں نے رائل سعودی نیول فورسز کی جانب سے پاکستان نیوی کے تربیتی نظام پر اعتماد کو سراہتے ہوئے دونوں بحری افواج کے مابین تربیتی تعاون کو مزید وسعت دینے کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔

آخر میں صدرِ مملکت نے وائس ایڈمرل محمد بن عبدالرحمن الغریبی سے  کہا کہ وہ خادم الحرمین الشریفین شاہ سلمان بن عبدالعزیز اور ولی عہد شہزادہ محمد بن سلمان کو اُن کی جانب سے دلی نیک تمنائیں اور خیرسگالی کا پیغام پہنچائیں اور پاکستان و سعودی عرب کے مابین گہرے، برادرانہ اور تاریخی تعلقات کے اعادے کا اظہار کیا۔
