Islamabad, 12 February 2024: A delegation of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, comprising of Mr Rauf Hassan and Mr Umair Niazi, called on President Dr Arif Alvi, at Aiwan-e-Sadr, today.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf delegation informed the President about the alleged rigging in the General Elections.

The delegation also apprised the President of the party's position regarding the alleged irregularities in the election process.

They opined that Form-45s issued in different constituencies reflected the actual facts of the election results.

"Despite the suppression of the party, confiscation of the election symbol and arrests, the Party has achieved success in the elections", the delegation added.

It was highlighted that despite the excesses, the people of Pakistan had expressed confidence in the party's candidates in the General Elections.

اسلام آباد، 12 فروری 2024ء:  صدر مملکت ڈاکٹر عارف علوی سے پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے رہنماؤں روف حسن اور عمیر نیازی نے ایوانِ صدر میں ملاقات کی۔ ملاقات میں پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے وفد نے عام انتخابات میں مبینہ دھاندلی کے حوالے سے صدر مملکت کو آگاہ کیا۔

وفد نے صدر مملکت کو انتخابی عمل میں ہونے والی مبینہ بےضابطگیوں کے بارے میں پارٹی موقف سے آگاہ کیا۔ وفد نے موقف اپنایا کہ مختلف حلقوں میں جاری کردہ فارم 45 ہی انتخابی نتائج کے اصل حقائق بتاتے ہیں۔ اُنہوں نے کہا کہ پارٹی کو دبانے ، انتخابی نشان چھیننے اور گرفتاریوں کے باوجود انتخابات میں کامیابی ملی ہے۔ وفد نے مزید کہا کہ زیادتیوں کے باوجود عام انتخابات میں عوام نے پارٹی کے امیدواروں پر اعتماد کا اظہار کیا ہے۔
