Message on  Poland’s Independence Day - 11th November 2025

I extend warm greetings to the people of the Republic of Poland on their 107th Independence Day.

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1962, friendship between Pakistan and Poland has continued to strengthen through mutual respect and cooperation. Over the years, our partnership has expanded to include political dialogue, trade, investment, defence, education and cultural exchange.

I recall with appreciation the 9th Round of Bilateral Political Consultations held in Warsaw in July 2025, which reaffirmed our shared resolve to deepen cooperation in energy, agriculture, science and technology, migration and higher education.

 On this occasion I would also like to pay tribute to the Polish engineers, pilots and technicians who played a key role in helping to build the Pakistan Air Force in the early years of Pakistan. Their contribution remains a lasting symbol of the bond between our two nations.

I look forward to the continued growth of Pakistan’s relations with Poland and convey heartfelt wishes for the well-being and prosperity of its people.

میں جمہوریۂ پولینڈ کے عوام کو اُن کے 107ویں یومِ آزادی پر دلی مبارک باد پیش کرتا ہوں۔

1962 میں سفارتی تعلقات کے قیام کے بعد سے پاکستان اور پولینڈ کے درمیان دوستی، باہمی احترام اور تعاون کی بنیاد پر مسلسل مضبوط ہوتی چلی آئی ہے۔ اس عرصہ میں ہمارا اشتراک سیاسی مکالمے، تجارت، سرمایہ کاری، دفاع، تعلیم اور ثقافتی تبادلوں تک پھیل چکا ہے۔

 جولائی 2025 میں وارسا میں منعقدہ دوطرفہ سیاسی مشاورت کا نواں دور قابل داد ہے، جس میں توانائی، زراعت، سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی، نقل مکانی اور اعلیٰ تعلیم کے شعبوں میں تعاون کو مزید فروغ دینے کے ہمارے عزم کی توثیق کی گئی۔

اس موقع پر میں اُن پولش انجینئرز، پائلٹوں اور ٹیکنیشنز کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرنا چاہتا ہوں جنہوں نے پاکستان کے قیام کے ابتدائی برسوں میں پاک فضائیہ کی تشکیل و تعمیر میں کلیدی کردار ادا کیا۔ اُن کی خدمات دونوں ممالک کے درمیان رشتے کی دائمی علامت ہے۔

میں پاکستان اور پولینڈ کے تعلقات میں مسلسل ترقی کا خواہاں ہوں اور پولینڈ کے عوام کی خوشحالی اور فلاح و بہبود کے لیے اپنی نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کرتا ہوں۔
