Message on the National Day of Qatar - 18th December 2025

On behalf of the Government and people of Pakistan, I extend my warm congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the State of Qatar, and to the people of Qatar on their National Day.

Pakistan and Qatar share a close and enduring relationship built on shared values, mutual respect and a strong sense of brotherhood. Our ties have steadily grown in many areas, supported by regular engagement at the leadership level and deep people-to-people connections.

We value the leadership of His Highness the Amir, under whose guidance Qatar has achieved notable progress in development, economic diversification and humanitarian outreach. Qatar’s constructive role in regional and international affairs is widely recognised.

Pakistan remains committed to expanding its cooperation with Qatar, especially in investment, agriculture, trade, energy, labour mobility and technology. Our two countries complement each other in many ways and we look forward to working together to build an even stronger partnership.

On this occasion, I convey my sincere good wishes for the continued progress and wellbeing of the people of Qatar. May the friendship between Pakistan and Qatar continue to grow.

کا ریاستِ قطر کے قومی دن کے موقع پر پیغام

حکومتِ پاکستان اور پاکستانی عوام کی جانب سے میں ریاستِ قطر کے قومی دن کے موقع پر عزت مآب شیخ تمیم بن حمد آل ثانی، امیرِ ریاستِ قطر اور برادر عوامِ قطر کو دلی مبارک باد پیش کرتا ہوں۔

پاکستان اور قطر کے درمیان قریبی اور دیرپا تعلقات قائم ہیں جو مشترکہ اقدار، باہمی احترام اور اخوت کے مضبوط جذبے پر مبنی ہیں۔ قیادت کی سطح پر باقاعدہ روابط اور  گہرے عوامی تعلقات کی بدولت ہمارے باہمی روابط مختلف شعبوں میں مسلسل فروغ پا رہے ہیں۔

ہم عزت مآب امیرِ قطر کی قیادت کو قدر کی نگاہ سے دیکھتے ہیں، جن کی رہنمائی میں قطر نے ترقی، معاشی تنوع اور انسانی فلاح کے اقدامات میں نمایاں کامیابیاں حاصل کی ہیں۔  علاقائی اور بین الاقوامی امور میں قطر کے تعمیری کردار کو عالمی سطح پر سراہا جاتا ہے۔

پاکستان قطر کے ساتھ اپنے تعاون کو بالخصوص سرمایہ کاری، زراعت، تجارت، توانائی، افرادی قوت کی نقل و حرکت اور ٹیکنالوجی کے شعبوں میں مزید وسعت دینے کے لیے  پر عزم ہے۔ ہمارے دونوں ممالک کئی حوالوں سے ایک دوسرے کے لیے تکمیلی حیثیت رکھتے ہیں اور ہم ایک مزید مضبوط شراکت داری کی تعمیر کے لیے مل کر کام کرنے کے خواہاں ہیں۔

اس موقع پر میں قطر ی  عوام کی مسلسل ترقی اور فلاح و بہبود کے لیے اپنی مخلصانہ نیک تمناؤں کا اظہار کرتا ہوں۔ پاکستان اور قطر کے درمیان دوستی کا رشتہ یونہی فروغ پاتا رہے۔
