Message on the 11th Anniversary of the APS Peshawar Attack- 16th December 2025

Today we remember the innocent children and staff of the Army Public School whose lives were taken in the brutal terrorist attack on 16 December 2014. Their sacrifice remains a solemn reminder of the heavy price our nation has paid in the fight against terrorism.

We stand with the families who continue to bear this pain with courage. The nation will always honour the resilience of the APS families who transformed their grief into strength for Pakistan.

Pakistan’s commitment to defeating terrorism is absolute. There can be no soft corner for terrorists or those who support, finance, shelter or justify them. There can be no negotiations with those who raise arms against the state or target our children.

We strongly condemn Indian sponsored terrorism in Pakistan. The evidence of its involvement in efforts to destabilise our country is well documented. Pakistan will continue to expose these hostile activities and will defend its people with full resolve.

Let me take this opportunity to warn the apologists, facilitators and supporters of terrorists that the people and the armed forces of Pakistan shall not spare them and will defeat them, no matter what political, ideological or fake religious garb they try to shroud themselves in.

I pay tribute to our security forces, law enforcement agencies and intelligence services whose efforts have prevented many such tragedies. We will continue to pursue every terrorist and every facilitator until justice is done.

The memory of the APS martyrs strengthens our resolve. Pakistan will never allow the enemies of peace to succeed.

کا آرمی پبلک اسکول پشاور پر حملے کی 11ویں برسی کے موقع پر پیغام

آج ہم آرمی پبلک اسکول کے اُن معصوم بچوں اور عملے کو یاد کر رہے ہیں جو گیارہ سال قبل، 16 دسمبر 2014 کے سفاک دہشت گرد حملے میں شہید ہوئے۔ اُن کی قربانی ہمیں یاد دلاتی ہے کہ دہشت گردی کے خلاف جدوجہد میں ہماری قوم نے کتنی بھاری قیمت ادا کی ہے۔

ہم اُن خاندانوں کے ساتھ کھڑے ہیں جو آج بھی یہ دکھ حوصلے اور وقار کے ساتھ سہہ رہے ہیں۔ پوری قوم اے پی ایس کے خاندانوں کی استقامت کو سلام پیش کرتی ہے جنہوں نے اپنے غم کو پاکستان کے لیے طاقت میں بدلا۔

دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کے لیے پاکستان کا عزم غیر متزلزل ہے۔ دہشت گردوں اور اُن کے حامیوں، مالی مدد کرنے والوں، پناہ دینے والوں یا جواز فراہم کرنے والوں کے لیے کوئی نرمی نہیں ہو سکتی۔ جو ریاست کے خلاف ہتھیار اٹھائیں یا ہمارے بچوں کو نشانہ بنائیں، اُن سے کسی قسم کے مذاکرات، مفاہمت اور مصالحت نہیں ہو سکتی۔

ہم پاکستان میں بھارتی سرپرستی میں ہونے والی دہشت گردی کی سخت مذمت کرتے ہیں۔ ہمارے ملک کو عدم استحکام کا شکار کرنے کی ان سرگرمیوں میں ملوث ہونے کے واضح اور دستاویزی شواہد موجود ہیں۔ پاکستان ان دشمنانہ سرگرمیوں کو بے نقاب کرتا رہے گا اور اپنے عوام کا پوری قوت سے دفاع کرے گا۔
اس موقع پر میں دھشتگردوں اور ان کے حامیوں اور سہولت کاروں کو متنبہ کرتا ہوں کہ وہ  کوئی بھی۔ سیاسی، نظریاتی  یا  خارجی چوغہ پہن کر آئیں، ہم  ان کا اصل چہرہ بھی لوگوں کے سامنے آشکار کریں گے بلکہ معرکہِ حق میں کامیابی کے جذبے کے ساتھ انہیں شکستِ فاش بھی دیں گے۔

میں آج اپنی سکیورٹی فورسز، قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں اور انٹیلی جنس سروسز کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں جن کی کوششوں سے ایسی کئی سانحات کو روکا گیا۔ 

اے پی ایس کے شہداء کی یاد ہمارے عزم کو مزید مضبوط کرتی ہے۔ پاکستان امن کے دشمنوں کو کبھی کامیاب نہیں ہونے دے گا۔
