President Dr. Arif Alvi addresses the 4th Karachi International water conference 26/11/19

Karachi; November 26, 2019: President Dr. Arif Alvi called for reinforcement of interprovincial coordination to mitigate the crisis of water and food insecurity in Pakistan. He advocated for provincial consensus on implementation of water policy to meet growing demands of food, water and energy in Pakistan. He made these remarks while addressing the audience at the occasion of 4th Karachi International Water Conference, which was organized by Hisaar Foundation today. The theme of 4th KIWC was "WaterEnergy-Food Nexus: Pakistan’s Agenda for the 21st Century". Being the staunch advocate of water security in Pakistan, President Dr. Arif Alvi appreciated the selection of theme for 4th Karachi international water conference.
